How to Reconcile a Failed Deposit on Naibet

If your M-Pesa deposit was successful but the funds haven’t reflected in your Naibet account, follow these simple steps to reconcile the transaction:

  1. Log in to your Naibet account.
  2. Navigate to the profile section.
  3. Click on the "Jisort Hapa" text.
  4. A pop-up window will appear with instructions.
  5. Enter the M-Pesa Transaction Code (you can find this in your M-Pesa SMS) in the text field.
  6. Click on "Reconcile" to process your request.
  7. Wait a few seconds for the system to validate the transaction.
  8. If successful, your balance will be updated immediately. If the issue persists, please contact our support team.
